Dallas Center for Contemporary Art

Dallas Center for Contemporary Art acts as a platform to showcase the works of artists in Texas. Artists can display their talent and promote their work at the large spacious sunlit gallery.

Located in the Wilson Historic District (one mile east of the downtown Arts District), the center presents 20 exhibitions yearly including theme shows based on artists' ideas and solo shows by diverse artists.

An outdoor sculpture garden is open all year round. Charitable fun raising events are hosted to honor the artists of Texas. Dallas
Dallas Visual Art Center has a resource room that is open to the public for research during regular operating hours.

They also educate students of all ages. They had 300 students in 2004- 05.

Hours :
Open Tuesday to Saturday 10am : 5pm.
