College Football at its Finest in Dallas

Held annually since 1937, the Cotton Bowl Classic is a college football bowl game that is played at the Cotton Bowl Stadium.  Over the years, it has featured some of the best plays in the history of football.  The Cotton Bowl Classic is always played on New Year’s Day and it is a staple program on CBS on that day.

The Largest State Fair in US is in Dallas

The State Fair of Texas, held every year in Dallas’ Fair Park since 1886, is considered to be the largest annual state fair in the United States.  The main attractions of the State Fair are the local foods of Dallas, the Red River Shootout college football game between Texas and Oklahoma, and the auto show.
