City ponders 0k forgivable loan for the Archer House; a royal flush for downtown?

Last week, the Northfield EDA recommended that the City enter into a partnership with the Archer House : a 0k forgivable loan in exchange for ADA-compliant toilets for public use. I like the idea and I think Dallas Haas would, too.
