She came to Texas from Canada in pursuit of a dream to design clothes and jewels for women. In 1989 Allie- Coosh opened at Olla Podrida with Paulette's pajamas and the first of her ready to wear designs. The Gallery at Allie- Coosh opened in 2002, featuring the work of more than fifty jewelry and accessory designers. Paullette is now a name to reckon with. Her designer clothes have been marketed not only in the United States but also Europe and Canada.

These fascinating clothes were made on the premises by owner Paulette Martsolf and her staff. Cut along simple, elegant lines, the designs are mostly coordinated pantsuits and other separates in classic natural transitional fabrics that can be worn in any season. Everything on display is accessorized with handcrafted scarves and jewelry from artisans all over the world. You can buy the material of your choice, directly and get it designed to suit your personality.
