Sons of Hermann Hall

The Sons of Hermann Hall is a historic landmark. It faithfully preserves the past besides being an entertainment venue. The two Texas Sons of Hermann lodges in the hall today are Dallas #22 and Columbia #66.

It was inaugurated in 1911. Their many lifelong members come together and grow nostalgic as they narrate stories from the days of yore. Due importance has been given to these precious tales and the Historical Committee is assembling an extensive collection of Sons of Hermann Hall memorabilia.

This entertainment venue with an old world charm vibrates with life. Wednesday nights feature swing dancing, Thursdays showcase acoustic jam sessions, and weekend happy hours (5pm- 8pm) are always a popular feature. The music hall has hosted a variety of bands, from big names to budding local talents. The elegant ball room upstairs boasts of a hardwood dance floor, a full bar an elevated stage and a superb sound system. It is the ideal venue to host any event.
